P & C Association

The P & C Association of the Armadale Primary School has an excellent record of involvement with the school. All parents are most welcome to join the Association and to attend meetings, held the second Tuesday of each month during term, in the Staff Area, commencing at 7.00 pm.

The P & C Annual General meeting takes place on the second Wednesday of Term 1. New, enthusiastic and committed members are always needed. All parents are asked to continue to fully support P & C fund raising activities, since monies are directly allocated to student resources and facilities.

Donations

As part of the Association’s policy, each year it funds a range of on going costs and school projects such as:

  • athletics and swimming medallions and ribbons;
  • student incentives;
  • honour and graduation certificates;
  • emergency fund;
  • subsidy for the Year 6 graduation; and
  • end-of-year book awards for consistent achiever and citizenship for each Area.

The P & C Voluntary Donation of $50.00 per family was introduced in 2003 and many parents pay this donation when purchasing their child/ren’s pupil requirements in the week prior to the commencement of the school year.
