From the Principal

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to Armadale Primary School’s website. We hope that you find the website informative and that the site gives you a sense of what an amazing school Armadale Primary School really is.

Armadale Primary School is an Independent Public School with a proud tradition spanning over 100 years.  At Armadale Primary School our school motto of ‘Attitude, Persistence and Success’ is promoted and reinforced by our staff in all facets of life at the school.  Our collective purpose is to ensure that every student develops the knowledge, skills and confidence to maximise their potential and contribute to a changing society.

Armadale Primary School is located amongst picturesque natural bushland on the Darling Scarp. The school is very much a part of the local community with involvement in a wide variety of community and school-based organisations and events.

Our teaching and non-teaching staff work collaboratively to deliver a high quality curriculum based on well researched, evidence-based whole school practices.  Our staff provide leadership, mentoring, professional learning and support to their colleagues from within our school, as well as from around the State.

Parents are expected to work in partnership with staff in developing and promoting positive educational outcomes for their children.  Involvement in all aspects of the school’s operation is welcomed and encouraged.  We are fortunate to have an active Parents & Citizen’s Association and an efficient and effective School Board who provide significant support to school operations..

I encourage you to spend some time getting to know our school through the information on this website. If you have questions or would simply like a tour of our school, please contact our office and we will be more than happy to assist.
